I. Service Overview
Firsquare provides professional and highly accurate HVAC duct leakage testing services. This service is widely applicable to spiral duct systems, rectangular duct systems, and various mixed duct systems. Through scientific testing methods, we are committed to helping customers verify the manufacturing and installation quality of ductwork, reduce system energy consumption, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of ventilation systems.

II. Test Theory and Professional Equipment

1. Test Theory:

This test is based on the "constant pressure method." Using professional instruments, air is continuously inputted into the temporarily sealed ductwork to maintain a set constant pressure (static pressure). Under stable pressure conditions, the air flow inputted by the instrument is equal to the actual leakage flow of the closed ductwork, thereby accurately calculating the leakage rate per unit area.

2. Core Equipment:

Firsquare is equipped with industry-leading, high-precision testing instruments to ensure the authority and accuracy of the data:

· Duct Leakage Tester

· Multi-function Instrument

· High-precision Micro Manometer

· Industrial-grade Thermocouple and highly sealed connection accessories

III. Standardized Service Process

Firsquare follows a standardized and regulated on-site testing procedure:

· Ductwork Preparation and Calculation: Scientifically select the duct section to be tested, accurately calculate the system operating pressure and test surface area, and strictly seal all non-test openings temporarily.

· Equipment Connection and Calibration: Properly connect the duct leakage tester and micro-manometer, and perform a strict zeroing calibration to the atmosphere before testing to eliminate environmental interference.

· Automated Pressure Test: Start the system and adjust it to the target static pressure. Once the pressure is stabilized, perform dynamic data collection for a standard duration (normally 5 minutes).

· Data Analysis and Evaluation: After the test is completed, the multi-function instrument will automatically generate leakage data and calculate the achieved leakage class of the ductwork according to the applicable standard formulas.

IV.Service Delivery
Upon completion of the test, Firsquare will issue a standardized Leakage Test Sheet to the customer. The report includes the design pressure class, maximum permitted leakage, actual leakage, and the final test result, along with the calibration certificate number of the test equipment.

Our test reports are objective and detailed, fully meeting the strict acceptance requirements of owners, supervisors, shipyards, surveyors, and third-party inspection agencies.
