I. Service Overview

Air duct cleaning is a core component of the operation and maintenance management of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. Firsquare provides you with a closed-loop duct cleaning solution covering the entire process of "Inspection - Cleaning - Verification."

Targeting various air-side ducts such as galvanized spiral ducts, aluminum ducts, rectangular ducts, and stainless steel ducts, we accurately remove internal dust accumulation, particulate matter, and potential pollutants. Balancing practicality and professionalism, this service flexibly adapts to spaces with different cleanliness requirements, including office buildings, commercial complexes, star-rated hotels, cinemas, industrial plants, laboratories, and medical institutions, comprehensively ensuring indoor air quality and enhancing system operating efficiency.

II. Service Process

1. Pre-Inspection and Assessment

· Visual Inspection: Utilizing professional duct endoscopic video inspection equipment to conduct a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the internal pollution status of the ducts, simultaneously recording key polluted areas and retaining complete visual records.

· Customized Solutions: Conducting an objective assessment based on the System Cleanliness Class (SQC) and dust deposition amount (g/m²), tailoring a targeted cleaning implementation plan that fits the actual site conditions to ensure precise and efficient cleaning.

2. On-Site Protection and Preparation

· Precise Protection: Implementing specific protection for key components such as sensors and dampers within the system to prevent damage during operations.

· Environmental Isolation: Comprehensively covering and protecting equipment and facilities around the construction area, completing entry security checks for operational equipment, and fully ensuring site safety and environmental tidiness.

3. Mechanized Cleaning Operations

Adopting a professional cleaning method of "negative pressure collection + mechanical brushing" to completely eliminate secondary pollution throughout the process. The standardized and thorough procedures are as follows:

· Set sealing airbags at both ends of the cleaning section to build an independent working area, effectively isolating the spread of pollution;

· Connect high-efficiency vacuum dust collection equipment to maintain a continuous negative pressure state in the working area, preventing dust leakage;

· Use a flexible shaft rotating brush to reach deep into the ducts for comprehensive brushing, thoroughly removing attachments on the inner walls;

· For heavily polluted areas, coordinate with air compression devices to enhance cleaning, ensuring no blind spots or residues;

· Utilize a negative pressure collection mode throughout the process to uniformly collect and dispose of the dust and pollutants generated during cleaning, eliminating secondary pollution from the source.

4. Cleaning Effect Verification

Upon completion of the cleaning operation, a secondary inspection will be conducted to confirm that the duct cleanliness fully meets industry standards. The control standards for dust deposition in the ducts after cleaning are as follows:

· Supply Air / Return Air Ducts: < 0.3 g/m²

· Exhaust Air Ducts: < 0.3 g/m²

(Note: If there are any non-compliant areas, supplementary cleaning will be carried out immediately until they fully meet the acceptance standards, ensuring service quality is strictly met.)

5. Cosed-Loop Delivery and Professional Report

After the project is completed, a complete "Duct Cleaning Report" will be provided to the customer, comprehensively presenting the entire service process and achieving service traceability:

· Basic project information and details of the cleaning scope;

· Comparison of assessment results of duct pollution status before and after cleaning;

· Visual records of the entire construction process, intuitively presenting the cleaning effect;

· Detailed explanation of the equipment and cleaning methods used in the operation;

· Suggested time for the next cleaning and related maintenance tips;

· Signature confirmation page by both parties to clarify service responsibilities.

All materials are uniformly archived and saved, allowing customers to clearly understand every service detail, ensuring a worry-free experience throughout the process.

III. Service Value

· Safeguarding Respiratory Health: Optimizing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) from the source, inhibiting the breeding of microorganisms and bacteria in the ducts, and reducing health risks.

· Achieving Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement: Significantly reducing the operational resistance of the duct system, improving the energy efficiency of the HVAC system, and effectively reducing energy expenses such as electricity bills.

· Extending Equipment Lifespan: Alleviating the operational load of the system, reducing equipment failure rates and daily maintenance costs.

· Ensuring Compliant Operations: Fully meeting the strict cleanliness management and hygiene compliance requirements of special spaces such as commercial buildings, medical facilities, and laboratories.

Firsquare has always centered on standardized processes, professional equipment, and data-driven management, focusing on providing customers with safe, compliant, and verifiable duct cleaning solutions. We use our professional strength to protect every clean space and create a healthy, efficient, and safe ventilation environment for our customers.
