Design services in the HVAC field are the core business of Firsquare. The company has brought together a group of design elites deeply engaged in fields such as marine and offshore engineering, as well as oil, gas, and chemicals. Most team members possess over 10 years of HVAC design experience. With rich technical expertise and creative design thinking, Firsquare provides clients with professional and efficient design services. In terms of service scope, the company covers two core sectors: Detailed Design and Production Design:


Detailed Design: 

· Focuses on system principles and functional implementation. Through core calculations such as heat load, noise, and pressure drop, we complete the design of process flow diagrams (D&ID/P&ID/PFD), control logic diagrams, air duct/water system schematic diagrams, and electrical drawings. We also establish preliminary 3D models to ensure the solutions comply with classification society rules and international standards, laying a solid foundation for project compliance and functional rationality.


Production Design: 

· Building upon the results of the detailed design, we deepen the 3D models into precise models that can be directly used for manufacturing and installation. We output part drawings, assembly drawings, prefabrication drawings, and process documents, optimizing the construction workflow and Bill of Materials (BOM). This achieves a seamless transition from "design solutions" to "physical products," ensuring the efficient advancement of on-site construction and the precise manufacturing of equipment.

Firsquare's team members have led or been deeply involved in various large-scale offshore engineering and energy projects. They are familiar with the rules of classification societies such as DNV, ABS, RS, and CCS, and strictly follow international standards like ISO, IMO, and ASHRAE, as well as the customized specification requirements of shipowners/clients. This ensures that every design solution is both compliant and reasonable. Furthermore, our team members are proficient in using design and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Aveva Marine, and Intergraph. By leveraging digital tools to drive design innovation and improve design efficiency, we provide clients with high-quality HVAC system design solutions.
